William B. Richardson, Jr.

William B. Richardson, Jr. is a West Virginia attorney focusing his practice in a wide range of civil and criminal law matters.  As a former Assistant Prosecutor for Wood County, Mr. Richardson has an in-depth understanding of the local criminal courts, experience that he uses to defend clients facing a range of misdemeanor and felony charges. 

Mr. Richardson is admitted to practice in the U.S. District Court for the Northern and Southern Districts of West Virginia and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 4th Circuit.  His extensive involvement in the local legal community includes serving as a member of the American Association for Justice.  Mr. Richardson is a former president of both the West Virginia Trial Lawyers Association and the Young Lawyers section of the West Virginia Bar, and was a member of the Ethics Committee of the West Virginia State Bar.  In addition, he currently serves on the West Virginia State Indigent Defense Commission.

Mr. Richardson was born in Parkersburg.  He earned his Bachelor's of Science and his Juris Doctor from West Virginia University, where he was a member of the international honor society Beta Gamma Sigma and the Phi Delta Phi International Legal Fraternity.  Outside of his law practice, Mr. Richardson enjoys flying and is a licensed private pilot. 


Robert D. Campbell

Attorney Robert D. Campbell maintains a varied legal practice in Parkersburg, West Virginia.  Mr. Campbell is admitted to the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of West Virginia.  He is an active member of the legal community, serving as a member of the West Virginia Trial Lawyers Association and the American Association for Justice.

A native of Parkersburg, Mr. Campbell attended West Virginia University where he earned his Bachelor's of Science in Geology.  He then attended Cumberland School of Law, Samford University, where he received his Juris Doctorate.  Mr. Campbell is currently on the Parkersburg Police Civil Service Commission.  He was admitted to the West Virginia Bar in 1992.
